How it works

 

1. Box your items

Get a box from Guest Services and be sure to properly pack your items. Remember you can only ship apparel and accessories. Any fragile or breakable items will not be covered by insurance.

2. Book shipment

You'll need to know the size of your box or suitcase, your full destination address and have your credit card ready for payment.

 

3. Print labels

Once you have finalized your booking, the shipping label(s) will be generated, which can take up to 60 seconds. When they are ready, print and apply them to your box. If you're shipping a suitcase, put the shipping label in a provided plastic LugLess pouch and attach to the bag's handle using zip ties.

 

4. Ship and track

Leave your box or suitcase with Guest Services and it will be picked up by UPS or FedEx for shipment. You will receive an email with information for tracking your shipment.
