• Personal item: 41 × 15 × 33 cm (16" × 6" × 13") — must fit under seat

Important: If you booked an UltraBasic fare on a domestic or transborder flight, you are not permitted to bring a carry-on bag—only a personal item. Show up at the gate with a roller bag and you'll be paying to check it. Not fun.

Items that don't count toward your allowance include coats, small purses or wallets, duty-free purchases, child car seats, and medically necessary devices.
