Dan was a true life-saver for me today! Long story short, my son and husband arrived at the airport too late to check bags...my husband's medications are in that bag along with ALL of my son's clothes, AND the wedding gift... Dan explained the process and pricing and managed to arrange the bag to be picked up at my home TODAY. I have worked in Customer Service for 20 years, so my expectations are much HIGHER.
